Furkan ERGUN

Furkan has been part of the Durukan+Partners team since 2020, contributing as an associate.
He is recognized for his work mainly in the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice area, as also highlighted in Legal 500. He has experience in advising on secured and unsecured loan transactions, refinancings, and export financing, where he has demonstrated his ability to lead and contribute effectively to the teams.
He also has experience in project finance, M&A, real estate, and corporate and commercial work.
He has participated in various domestic and cross-border transactions since he joined the firm and is experienced in preparing documentation for a wide range of deals.
Furkan previously worked as an associate in a recognised law firm in Turkey.
